Music from the Inner Voice
represents the culmination of many years of work, and is the
realization of a dream that I've had as a composer for many years: to
bring music to as wide an audience as possible. This is something that
has been made possible as a result of the technological advances made
through the Internet that were previously impossible, even through
performances in concert halls. Where one live performance might have
reached one hundred listeners, or more, depending on the size of the
concert (something that is always problematic with concerts of
contemporary classical music) the Internet has allowed people from
around the world to hear new music on their own terms: in a sense, we
now have "concerts" on demand. Ultimately, however, it means that
people are seeking out the music that they want to hear, when they want
to hear it; and purchasing whatever appeals to them.
This album will not be available for purchase as a physical CD. Why?
Quite simply,
it was decided that CrazyComposer
Developments was going to "Go Green" for this project.
It was also decided that 10% of the profits from
the sale of this album would be donated to Amnesty International. Read
more about both here (file
